Due to the nature of our work—especially digital products, subscription services, and time-based consulting—all sales are considered final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written service agreement.
1. Training Courses and Digital Content

All purchases of online training courses, eBooks, certification modules, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly or annual subscriptions to services such as SwiftAction or Nautilux are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, and access will remain available through the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Consulting, Inspections, and Custom Services

Payments for consulting, audits, inspections, reports, or custom compliance services are non-refundable, including retainers or deposits, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a cancellation is made with sufficient advance notice (as outlined in your contract), we may offer a credit toward future services at our discretion.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in rare cases involving:

Duplicate charges due to technical error

Accidental purchases reported within 24 hours, with no material accessed or services rendered
