Any certificates issued by SolarisTech or its affiliated platforms are based solely on course completion and performance. They do not constitute a license to operate, nor do they replace regulatory certifications. Misuse of certificates or fraudulent claims of qualifications may result in suspension of access.

4. Client Portal and User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

5. Payments and Refunds

Fees for services, courses, audits, or software subscriptions must be paid in accordance with the agreed pricing and schedule. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all payments are non-refundable. Subscription or contract services may be terminated with written notice as defined in individual service agreements.
